Today we woke up early and headed out to meet with a correspondent from information. We had a really good chat in his family home and we all listened to him speak about his. life as a correspondent, what led him to the job, and what life is like as a correspondent. I really liked the talk and I thought he was a really good person to talk too as he spoke about life as a journalist working for a media house abroad.
After we met the rest of our class and had a newsroom meeting to speak about story ideas and to plan out our day. After pitching some ideas to Asbjorn, my partner Ruben and I stayed at the cafe to plan. We reached out to a whole bunch of sources, thought about angles and planned the photography of our story. We decided we wanted to film our story on analog so we then headed to a camera story to restock on film.
After we headed back to the hotel as it was around the corner and then we headed to the canal, our story idea to start looking for more people sources and photgraphing. We spent the whole afternoon looking around and photographing which was great. After, we met the others for dinner and had a quiet night.
